Problem/Requirements:
In the manufacturing process, it is crucial to create comprehensive production plans that encompass work steps, work instructions, set-up times, piece times, production cost centers, required materials, necessary tools, and more.
Furthermore, it is essential to monitor all operations during production to proactively identify any potential issues, such as material shortages or delays.
To ensure efficient and accurate execution, workers require precise work instructions that provide detailed explanations for each work step.
Solution:
Approximately 30 SAP Fiori® apps have been developed to cater to the specific roles of Production Engineer, Production Supervisor, Production Operator, and Quality Inspector. These apps comprehensively address various aspects of the production process. They provide role-specific functionalities and features tailored to the needs of each role, empowering users to efficiently manage and execute their tasks within the production environment. With these SAP Fiori® apps, the production workflow can be optimized, ensuring seamless coordination and improved productivity across the production team.
