Problem/Requirements:

  • Deutsche Leasing aims to provide clerks with a fast and user-friendly process for concluding leasing contracts with their customers. The system will be designed to streamline and simplify the contract creation and approval process, allowing clerks to quickly generate leasing contracts based on customer requirements. The system will offer intuitive interfaces, pre-filled templates, and automated calculations to expedite the contract completion process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both clerks and customers.

  • A leasing application is a comprehensive document that includes not only details about the leasing object, supplier, customer data, and financing information but also several additional documents that the customer needs to complete and submit. These additional documents may include credit applications, financial statements, personal identification documents, and other relevant forms required for the leasing process. The application process will be designed to guide customers through the completion of these documents efficiently and securely, ensuring that all necessary information is provided for the leasing contract.

  • Leasing applications will only be released for further processing once all required information and accompanying documents are complete. This ensures that the leasing process moves forward smoothly and that all necessary details are in place before the application proceeds to the next stage. By enforcing the completeness of information and documents, Deutsche Leasing can maintain a streamlined and efficient leasing process, reducing potential delays or issues down the line.

Solution:

  • Web-based application for complete processing of leasing applications

  • The web-based application will feature a clear and intuitive wizard that enables clerks to create new leasing applications quickly and easily. The wizard will guide users through the process step by step, providing clear instructions and prompts to gather the necessary information and documents. This streamlined approach ensures that clerks can efficiently generate new applications while maintaining accuracy and completeness in the application data.

  • The web-based application will enforce the requirement that only complete applications can be submitted for review. Incomplete applications will not be allowed to proceed for further processing. Once an application is submitted, it will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for review and approval or denial. This ensures that all applications undergo a thorough evaluation and decision-making process, maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the leasing application workflow.
