Problem/Requirements:
Electricity and gas network operators are legally required to apply for concessions through procedures governed by law. These procedures establish the regulatory framework and guidelines for granting the necessary permissions to operate the networks.
As part of the concession application process, electricity and gas network operators are obligated to submit comprehensive application letters to the municipalities. These letters contain detailed information and documentation required to support their request for the necessary concessions.
The process of drafting quotes can be time-consuming and demanding, requiring significant effort and attention to detail.
Solution:
Web application that serves as a comprehensive management system for handling all ongoing procedures. This application will streamline the process, providing a centralized platform to track, monitor, and manage various procedures efficiently and effectively.
Word add-on that automates the creation of offers by utilizing text modules. This add-on will provide multi-user support, allowing multiple users to collaborate and generate offers more efficiently using pre-defined text modules.
The Word add-on facilitates the creation and maintenance of reusable text modules directly within the application. This feature allows users to easily develop and manage text modules within Word, enhancing efficiency and streamlining the process of generating offers.
The text modules in the add-on can incorporate variables that can be automatically filled based on site-specific data or filled manually. This flexibility allows for dynamic content generation, enabling users to customize the text modules according to specific requirements and automate variable population for efficient offer creation.
