Problem/Requirements:
Grid operators receive compensation applications for redispatch measures from power plant operators via traditional mail or as PDF attachments through email.
The requests received for compensation must be accurately assigned to the corresponding customers, and the listed measures need to be reconciled with the system to ensure proper tracking and processing.
Once a compensation claim is verified as accurate, it needs to be released for payment to the system operator. This step ensures that the appropriate financial reimbursement is disbursed according to the approved compensation claim.
Solution:
The application presents all compensation requests in a filterable and sortable table, providing a convenient and organized overview of the requests. Users can easily search, filter, and sort the table based on specific criteria, enabling efficient management and analysis of the compensation requests.
The system utilizes text recognition to extract information from the PDFs of the applications. It automatically attempts to identify the appropriate feed-in object and the specified measures, comparing them with the network operator data for validation and verification. This automated process ensures accurate matching and reconciliation of the provided information with the network operator's data.
Users have the ability to review and edit all the data provided by the plant operator. This feature ensures transparency and allows for necessary adjustments or corrections to be made to the data before further processing.
The system allows for complete compensation requests to be released by another authorized employee. This additional level of approval ensures accuracy and accountability before the requests are finalized and processed for payment.
